THE MEDITATION COURSE

Once students have finished the Introductory Course, they are invited into the Meditation Course. The format is the same as the Introductory Course, a lecture and a meditation, however, more emphasis is placed on the meditation. In the Meditation Course, we are looking to silence the mind in order to provide a space so the consciousness can enter and awaken.

Once again, the class is built on starting with the basics of meditation such as relaxation, pranayama, internalization and the practical application of the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali and progressing to more esoteric teachings such as the greater reality of the Being, the chakras, the death of the ego and the development of imagination, inspiration and intuition.
